hahaz ....2day trainning was like fun lah......the mainhighlights
i was demoted to vice-captain....hahaz finally can relax
new captain AMIRUL..(i think i should help him )his bad temper that make him best player.......

u know y 2day best trainning.....hmm actually should put the injury day...2day trainning got many ppl injurd seh.i think because got selection B division selection all play like siao ...first blood was me my ankle kena injurd by hakim ..coach tell use big shinpads(abit blood)....then my turn injurd hakim his leg upper leg then my coach ask use taller n bigger shinpads........i like wth after that saifudin clash with amirul ...the hand also injurd ........then i say to coach buy gloves.....haiyooo 2 many injury...
